Sheeting and Indenting

Our Sheeting and Embossing capabilities have allowed Gemini to become a nationwide supplier of industrial and food grade specialty products.

We have the ability to sheet all of our products up to 120" long and as thick as .24 board material. We can sheet all of our inventory within a 1/16" tolerance.

Our embosser is a male to mat style machine which is used in specialty applications such as cage liners or car mats. It has a max width of 51" and can run jumbos as well as roll stock.
